Whorkshop on Community and Policy Engagement

Event Place: Grand Bassam, Côte d'Ivoire
Afrique One-ASPIRE consortium is organizing a workshop on Community and Public Engagement for its Fellows and Postdocs. This training course is developed viewing the scientists as agents of change in creating research impact, promoting research utilization, and ensuring their research findings reach the appropriate audiences. It will take place from March 4-5 in Grand Bassam.
These two days of training aim to:
- Enhance understanding of PPE for researchers
- CPE strategies and their evidence base
- Developing a CPE plan
- Communicating with media/Plain language
- Communicating with policy makers and other research end-users
