5th Annual meeting and summer school of Afrique One-ASPIRE

22 January 2021

The 5th management board meeting of Afrique One-ASPIRE will be held on line from 27 to 29 January, with the theme « Impact pathways of One Health Research on Zoonoses in Africa ».

For three days, postdocs and fellows will present the report of science progress (2016-2020) and scientific outputs and impacts. Furthermore, the three best posters from each TTP will be chosen by the Strategic Advisory Board for oral presentation.

Following the management board meeting from 1st to 4 February, a summer school will be organized for our fellows on “Impact pathways of science” with a hackathon. A hackathon is a design sprint-like event, in which multidisciplinary teams collaborate intensively online to create an innovative idea/product by the end of the event. The mains objective of the ASPIRE hackathon is to come up with an intervention design to tackle health problems from a One Health perspective.
